Reducing Serious Injuries and Fatalities Through a People-Centered Approach

Join the CAK Safety Council on Wednesday, October 28, at MAPS Air Museum for an engaging presentation from Fritz Kin, Principal of J. F. Kin Consulting and former Senior Director of Safety, Security and Process Safety Management at Marathon Petroleum.

Drawing on 27 years of experience with Marathon Petroleum, Fritz will share practical insights on reducing serious injuries and fatalities (SIF) by focusing on safety culture, systems, Behavior-Based Safety, and Human & Organizational Performance principles.

Attendees will learn how a modern, people-centered approach can strengthen safety leadership, build organizational resilience, and help reduce SIF risks.

Cost: $20 per person, unless you have purchased a CAK Safety Council Season Pass. Registration includes breakfast and the educational program.

Join us to learn from an experienced safety leader while connecting with other safety professionals and business leaders in Northeast Ohio.
