Jeremy Lile, Chief of Leadership & Learning, from the Center for Immersive Leadership will share about The Enneagram personality system and the many benefits it provides to us as individuals in becoming more self-aware and the benefits it offers as we seek to understand and lead others. The Enneagram is an insightful, practical, and proven personality system about people—how we are alike and how we are different, what motivates us, and where we place our attention.
